  2. Peel and chop kiwis and bananas.
  3. Finely puree the fruit with ice cubes (approx. 300 g), soy drink and half of the lemon balm leaves in a blender.
  4. If the smoothie is even creamier, add another shot of soy drink.
  5. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone, then into cubes.
  6. Put the mango cubes on 4 wooden skewers, drizzle with honey. Fill the smoothie into four glasses, add the mango skewers.
  7. Garnish with the remaining mint leaves.

Tip: If the smoothie is to be vegan, replace honey with maple syrup.
